For the last three weeks I just haven't been into scrapbooking at all...I finally made it out of my slump - and hopefully just in time to cash in on ebay Christmas shoppers. This is my latest creation...I just dug through my paper trying to come up with something that wasn't Christmasy....I think it turned out super cute! I've got one more custom order to finish this week and one more for after Christmas. I hope I can crank out a couple more albums this week AND I hope they sell....I'm dying to do some Christmas shopping! :-)

Christmas Decorating

Last monday for Family Home Evening we set up and decorated our Christmas tree. I let the kids do all the decorating and then after they went to sleep I spread the ornaments around a little ;-). We still need to put up our outside decorations and then we will be done.

Our kittens are just about ready to go to homes. I am SO ready to give them away. Fiona has decided that the ONLY appropriate spot for them is under the bed on MY side....augh! They are wandering free now and so everytime I get out of bed I worry that I'll step on a kitten! So... who wants a kitten for Christmas??? Please!

Last year they both got dino's...so this year I chose Barbies for each of them. Bronwyn also got a newborn Cabbage Patch doll and Braeden got a Spiderman that sings and dances.Happy Birthday to Heidi also!

Family Pictures

On Saturday morning my mom had all of us over for a big breakfast and then we went to Aunt Julie and Uncle Doug's for family pictures. Half of the family didn't get the memo to wear dark solid colored shirts...but at least we got a picture of everyone together before Sam left.Here is mom with all her grandchildren. Tony and I got there early so we had Aunt Julie snap a few pictures of the 5 of us before everyone else got there.

We're off to celebrate Thanksgiving in Rexburg...My baby brother Sammy is leaving on his mission to Recife, Brazil and will be speaking at church on Sunday which is the main reason for going to Rexburg. He flys to Brazil Tuesday morning....Good Luck little brother!

Here are a few recent pictures of the kid and the kittens. We're still looking for homes for 3 of them...Who wants a Christmas Kitty?? They will be ready for homes the week of Christmas!

I LOVE making Christmas albums! I can't wait to get started on more....

I've been crying all morning...

I walked downstairs this morning to check on the kids who were watching a movie in the office...I noticed something dark on the carpet in the living room and picked it up - it was a curly lock of hair. I noticed a couple more and my heart started pounding...As I entered the office I started screaming....

Half of Bronwyn's hair was gone! Right down to the scalp in front and back.

I asked Bronwyn who did it and she pointed to Julius...I yelled at him "WHAT were you doing!?" He said: "I was making her hair like Daddy's". Tony thought it was hilarious but I started sobbing.

After a quick call to my mom for some sympathy I took her upstairs and chopped the rest off. It broke my heart! I love my baby girl's sweet hair... Now it is shorter than her brothers'. I think I fixed it alright considering what I had to work with. We've been online researching hair growth products for biracial hair. She still has a bald spot in the back - but hopefully it will fill in quickly.

Guess what though....She still looks beautiful!

Our Happy Halloween

We had a great Halloween this year! We trick or treated around the neighboorhood and handed out candy at home. The kids watched Casper three times on Netflix - "Watch in Now" and Tony and I played two games of scrabble in between answering the door. Princess Jasmine - Bronwyn

Saturday at the Pumpkin Patch

We took the kids to the pumpkin patch last Saturday. They had a great time choosing pumpkins, running through the straw bale maze, and sliding on the big jumping toys. We finished the trip off with hotdogs, fries, and hot doughnuts. mmmm....

We arrived home about 5:15 and minutes later Fiona went into labor... I was SO nervous!
The kids watched with us and by 8:15 she had 6 new little kitties...She's been such a great little momma! It's amazing how her instict works and the instincts her kitties have....I'm glad the kids got to experience this event... It was a little gross but they were fascinated.
