We had a ward campout last weekend at Givens Hot Springs. It was a great time! The kids had fun sleeping in the tent and snuggling together in their tiny sleeping bags...
One of the men in the ward entertained us by playing his guitar, singing and tellling a story. Brady and Bronwyn were enthralled...They sat so still and listened very well.
After the music Brady wandered up to the man with the guitar and got a private lesson. He was so enchanted with the sound it could make. I couldn't resist snapping a few pictures.
This was my favorite picture...I love the texture in the older man's hands compared with the smooth baby plumpness of Brady's little paw.
Tony had a part in the fireside. It was about the history of our flag and how we should teach our children to honor it. The kids were so excited to see their daddy perform!

Introducing FIONA...

The kids got a fun surprise when I got home from work yesterday...Didn't get much sleep last night because the kids were all crying because they each wanted the kitty to sleep in THEIR bed. Finally got everyone asleep and then at 3:00 I heard all the kids up chasing the cat around... Augh! Took an hour and a half to get the kids AND Fiona settle back in.
They are totally lovin' this little cat! She just settles herself down somewhere and lets the kids pet her. It's going to be a lot of fun for them...So sorry to all the aunt and uncles who hate cats!

How sweet it is!

One of the local scrapbook stores was offering a great deal on photo packages through Young Images and I couldn't resist... They had a live duck and bunny there to entertain the kids and lots of props. I was really excited with how the pictures turned out. This one was my favorite. I love that Bronwyn is letting Braeden kiss her cheek but she still wants to keep ahold of Julius also. And the way Julius is looking at the two of them is too precious! I hung this one in the living room - so it's the first thing I see when I walk in... I love my babies!
