I got up early and waited in line for 30 minutes....not bad, eh? So excited for today.
The kids and I are going to have an Election Day party....we'll make flags, watch the results come in and eat yummy food...

I did it too and I feel so powerful being able to do so!!! It only took me 5 min. start to end! I was so thankful for that with having the kids with me!
Democracy in action. We'll be able to tell our kids about this for years. I voted absentee, so no line for me.
I got so lucky when I went to vote. there was no line, no wait. WAY cool! I went at about 2:00. So know I know what time I'll be going next election.
